Description We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Product Designer to strengthen our team in Berlin. You will work on digital products that shape how financial services operate, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and design teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting intuitive, production‑ready UI while pushing for thoughtful and consistent user experiences. About the role As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing user flows, screens, and high‑fidelity mockups that bring our solutions to life. You will work with design systems, contribute to a unified product experience, and support cross‑functional teams with production‑ready assets. You will also stay current on industry trends to help elevate our design practice. Key responsibilities Work collaboratively with product, development, and design teams to create user‑friendly and visually coherent interfaces Design production‑ready screens using existing design systems and guidelines Create user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity mockups to support product development Prepare and deliver final assets in the appropriate formats for handover to engineering Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to strengthen our design capabilities Requirements 3–5+ years of professional experience in product design with a focus on UI A strong portfolio demonstrating your design craft and experience in interdisciplinary environments Experience working with design systems Industry knowledge in banking Experience in the B2B, or financial services Solid proficiency in design software, especially Figma Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Proficiency in written and spoken English; German is mandatory A start‑up mindset and experience working in SaaS environments, ideally with familiarity in the SAP Fiori design system Benefits and Working Environment You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry on an incredibly ambitious project to shape the ever‑evolving financial sector.
