Description We are seeking a Marketing Associate to work in an AI first, fast-paced, fintech-style environment active in both Martech (Marketing technology) and Marketing Operations. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the planning, organization, and execution of marketing campaigns and email communications to grow and retain the company’s client base. This role requires extreme attention to detail, advanced task management skills, and the ability to process and analyze data to drive campaign performance. Location: 100% onsite at the Jericho, Long Island offices. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Management: Support the implementation of the marketing strategy by executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Email Marketing (Primary Focus): Lead the creation, setup, and deployment of high-volume email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Creative Asset Management : Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) to optimize and update digital assets, including status updates to text, imagery, and resizing for campaign-specific ads and banners. AI Utilization: Utilize AI tools and build AI agents to streamline content creation, improve copy quality, and increase operational efficiency within the marketing workflow. Data Analytics & Segmentation: Track and report on email performance and campaign metrics. Execute complex data segmentation to ensure highly targeted and effective outreach to various client cohorts. Timelines & Scheduling: Build and manage a detailed marketing calendar, campaign timelines, and production schedules, ensuring all stakeholders meet deadlines and the content library remains current. CRM Administration: Update and enrich records in Salesforce (CRM) to ensure prospect and client data is accurate, compliant, and properly categorized for campaign automation. Event Coordination: Manage logistics and operations for trade shows, sponsorships, and bank-driven events, including managing timelines, merchandise procurement, inventory, shipment coordination, and booth setup. Website & Landing Pages: Assist in the creation and updates of content for multiple websites and landing pages to support active lead generation campaigns. Key Skills and Experience Experience: 2-3+ years of post-college experience in a related marketing role (Mandatory). Technical Proficiency: Must be AI literate and proficient using generative AI tools and any prior experience with CRM systems and Marketing Automation platforms—specifically Salesforce and Marketing Cloud (Highly Desirable). Data & Excel: Advanced skills in Excel, with the ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, and calculations to process and analyze large quantities of data (Mandatory). AI Knowledge: Working knowledge or experience using AI for marketing workflows (specifically WriterAI) to enhance content production. Email & Web Skills: Working knowledge of HTML/Shortcode for email and website updates (Marketing Cloud experience is a plus). Design Proficiency: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator) to support asset creation. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required. Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and influence partners at all levels. High-energy self-starter who is exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
