Business Development Specialist

Role: Business Development Specialist (Bilingual – English/Japanese) Location: Indianapolis, IN Travel: Up to 50% We are excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Specialist (Bilingual) on behalf of Marubeni Plant Contractor, Inc. (MPCI) , a general contractor serving the industrial market across the U.S. This is a great opportunity for a professional who combines business development skills, client relationship management, and industrial/construction project support experience. What this role involves: Developing new business with existing and prospective clients. Supporting project teams with estimating, planning, and preconstruction activities. Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Working closely with our Japanese-speaking customers. Assisting project teams to help ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Ideal background: Bilingual in English and Japanese 3+ years of experience in the industrial or construction field Experience with estimating support, scheduling, contract language, subcontractor coordination, and client-facing project support Knowledge of OSHA safety standards Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills MPCI supports projects across industries including automotive, textiles, chemical, battery, and food processing, including plant relocations, equipment installation, process utility installation, and ground-up manufacturing plant construction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
