Job Summary: We are seeking a self-driven, highly organized Marketing & Growth Coordinator to own and execute marketing initiatives across our Residential and Commercial real estate companies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy, takes initiative, and can translate high-level vision into consistent execution without constant oversight.
This is an execution-first role — you will be responsible for managing campaigns, calendars, and systems while ensuring both brands are represented clearly and professionally. This is not a remote position.
Technical Requirements
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite
Working knowledge of Google Tools (Google Business Profile, Google Drive, basic analytics)
Proficiency in graphic design tools and marketing software
Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Proficiency in video content
Marketing Coordinator Requirements
Excellent organizational skills (Able to prioritize work without constant direction)
Self-starter who identifies next steps without being told
Comfortable making decisions within defined guidelines
Understands deadlines and owns outcomes
