Description Most AI roles want a developer. Most account coordinator roles want a planner. This is neither. We are seeking an early‑career professional who can move between strategic thinking and technical execution. We're looking for someone deeply interested in brands and culture who uses AI as a superpower to help teams solve the toughest marketing and communication challenges. ACC Intelligence is the AI, insights, and strategy division of Acceleration Community of Companies, the holding company behind DKC, MKG, Trailblaze, Ingenuity, and PMK Entertainment. We develop AI‑powered tools, products, and methodologies that shape how iconic brands communicate, test ideas, and go to market. Our work includes cultural trend forecasting platforms, synthetic audience testing, AI‑powered focus groups, crisis response systems, and competitive intelligence engines. What You'll Bring AI systems fluency – the ability to prompt, instruct, and iterate with precision to get the best possible output Strategy‑minded in communications and marketing—you’re interested in how brands grow, how audiences behave, how campaigns come together, and how AI can make all of that sharper and faster The ability to see where marketing and AI overlap in ways others don't A bias toward action – when you see a problem, you move toward the solution A finger on the pulse of culture – you see a trending cultural moment and immediately think about how brands and agencies can respond to it Requirements Key Responsibilities Partner with agency teams to identify where AI can solve communication and marketing challenges Develop strategy and insights from research and data that agency teams and their clients can act on Contribute to the development of AI‑powered tools and products for our agencies and their clients Monitor the AI landscape and deliver regular reporting on trends, tools and opportunities that matter for brands, agency teams and ACC as a whole Spot cultural moments in real time and identify creative opportunities for our agencies and their clients to respond with AI‑powered speed and precision Agency experience or a marketing/communications educational background Familiarity with tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, or similar platforms. The brands you work with live at the intersection of culture, media, and consumer behavior – and so will you. You'll be joining a growing division where you'll learn from marketing and communications experts across ACC's agencies while contributing to work that's redefining how the industry uses AI. We prefer candidates who have applied AI to real challenges – streamlining a workflow, testing a campaign idea, building a tool that solved a problem at work or in school. Custom GPTs and agents related to personal hobbies or interests count. We welcome applicants from non‑traditional backgrounds.
