Role Description The maintenance account manager is a key position within the landscape management department, serving as the main point of contact for clients with contracted accounts. This role demands strong client and employee relationship skills, excellent time management, organizational skills, and a good knowledge of plant materials. Person in this position must have clear communication of contract details for collaboration with production management and teams to deliver services profitably. Qualifications Prior experience in account management or a similar customer facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Excellent problem- solving and negotiation abilities Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, landscaping, or horticulture #J-18808-Ljbffr
