Marketing Intern

Are you looking to jump start your career? Look no further – Doeren Mayhew is looking for a qualified intern to join its national marketing team at the firm’s Troy, Michigan headquarters. This is a paid internship opportunity. This energetic, self‑starter will provide a broad range of assistance in the planning and implementation of the firm’s marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials Provide author assistance on internal and external communications Support event promotion and coordination Complete ad‑hoc projects, as needed Qualifications Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications or related field Current cumulative GPA is 3.4 or higher Available to work a minimum of 20 – 25 hours a week Demonstrates drive and motivation to succeed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess creativity, flexibility and growth potential General knowledge of social media sites and content management systems Demonstrate ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adhere to deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Experience with Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) is a plus Doeren Mayhew is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
