Role: Marketing Lead (Content + Growth)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience + performance-based bonuses

We’ve grown through referrals, SEO, and repeat clients. Now we’re ready to build a proper growth engine. You’ll be our first full‑time marketing hire—helping us go from founder‑led marketing to consistent, scalable lead flow.
What you’ll do
You’ll take the founder’s insights, project learnings, and voice—and turn it into marketing that builds trust, reaches the right people, and drives inbound interest.
Own and run our content calendar (LinkedIn, newsletter, blog)
Turn audits, sales calls, voice notes, and case studies into high‑leverage content
Collaborate with our designer to create visuals: before/after shots, GIFs, carousels, mini‑case study assets
Create and test lead magnets, teardown‑style landing pages, or resource‑style pages
Track what lands, test new formats, and iterate fast
Optional: light email automations or outbound follow‑ups
What we’re looking for
You’ve helped an agency, consultant, or service business grow through content
You write clean, smart copy that doesn’t waste words
You understand how B2B buyers think, especially in tech or SaaS
You’re comfortable shaping strategy but don’t mind getting your hands dirty
You can take something rough (voice note, messy Loom, unfinished Notion doc) and turn it into something polished
You move quickly and ask good questions
Remote and flexible working (UK only)
