About the Role We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands‑on digital storyteller to manage our website, social media, and content channels. In this role, you’ll bring our mission to life through engaging content, real‑time storytelling, and meaningful community connection.
This is a highly collaborative, fast‑paced role for someone who enjoys both creating content in the moment and shaping a broader digital strategy.
Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
What You’ll Do Capture photo and video content at programs, events, and community moments
Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms
Write and edit compelling copy for web, social, and campaigns
Manage and update website content for accuracy and user experience
Develop and maintain a digital content calendar
Organize and manage a library of digital assets (photos, videos, graphics)
Engage with audiences across social channels
Track performance and use insights to improve content and strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to support program promotion
Stay agile and responsive to real‑time communication needs
What You Bring 3–5+ years of experience in digital content, social media, or website management
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience capturing or creating photo and video content
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)
Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong familiarity with Jewish culture, traditions, and values, and a solid understanding of Israel and the global Jewish community
What Sets You Apart Experience in a nonprofit or mission‑driven organization
A strong visual eye and attention to detail
Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or mobile tools)
Ability to create content that is culturally informed, timely, and aligned with community context
