Account Manager - Commercial Laundry

Account Managersare a critical part of our success and are recognized as experts in the industry.AccountManagers are trained to focus on all the complexities of a customer’s operation and become experts in laundry technologies, allowing them to become involved with theircustomer’sbusiness beyond the role of simply supplying chemical specialties.By concentrating on their specific areas of expertise, theyare able toprovide the solutions their customers need to help their customers overcome their largest challenges and achieve their goals. Position Responsibilities: Become an expert onourproducts,equipmentand the competitive landscape Discover sales opportunities through consumer research Present products and services to prospective customers Strategicallyidentifyorganic growth opportunities with existing customers by learning the customer operations and understanding their needs Provide superior service to customers, including troubleshooting problems andidentifyingmechanical and operational issues Install andmaintaindispensing equipment/systems Must be willing to travel within territory with possibility of 1-3 overnight trips per month Qualifications: Minimum of 1-year institutional / commercial selling experience Experience in selling, servicing, and/or installing laundryproducts/equipment in the commercial market is preferred Ability to physically maneuver around the laundry areas isrequired Ability to periodically lift 50 pounds isrequired High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver’s License Clear Driving Record Bilingual capabilities are a plus Be driven and dependable and have honesty & integrity Other: Exposure to hazardous chemicals and active chemical ingredients, requiring adherence to safety protocols and procedures Compensation and Benefits Package Health, Dental,and Vision Insurance Life, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability,and AD&D Insurance Paid Holidays, Vacation,and Sick Leave 401k Plan Equal Opportunity Employer Women/Minorities/Disabilities/Veterans #J-18808-Ljbffr
