SmartTalent is looking to a hire Print Production Assistants for a digital printing company in Tukwila, WA. We are gearing up for our upcoming Spring Peak, and were building a team of dependable, hard-working individuals to support increased production demand. This is a short-term, high-intensity opportunity expected to last approximately 4 weeks, with the potential for future opportunities based on performance.

Print Production Assistant LOCATION:
Tukwila, WA SCHEDULE:
5am-1:30pm or 2pm-10pm + MANDATORY OT as needed **Must be able to work 7 days a week during Spring Peak** PAY:
$21.65 - $22.65 BENEFITS OFFERED:

What to Expect Peak season runs approximately 4 weeks (start date coming soon) 1st Shift openings available immediately (2nd Shift may open later) Expect up to 7 days per week during peak production Overtime opportunities available
Key Responsibilities Assist in print production and finishing processes Operate production equipment and support machine operators Perform tasks such as sorting, stacking, packing, and quality checks Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and production guidelines What Were Looking For Reliable attendance
this role requires consistent availability during peak Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
