Prospects employment for individuals with disabilities through business development efforts, including job leads, monitoring open positions and requirements, and attending job fairs. Acts as liaison with Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors to facilitate appropriate services and supports. Collaborates with families, Support Coordinators, group homes, or guardians to guide them in finding and maintaining employment. Advocates for employment of individuals with disabilities by providing disability awareness training and benefits guidance to potential/current employers. Facilitates and participates in all aspects of initial employment, including travel training, transportation options, work schedules, employer paperwork, pre‑hire requirements, and new hire training. Provides on‑site training and support post‑new‑hire training and develops customized training tools. Negotiates and mediates with managers to resolve skill or employment issues. Facilitates transition of individuals from Employment Services (VR) to Follow Along Services (APD) when appropriate. Completes required documentation: progress notes, service notes and other case‑related contact. Qualifications

Four years’ experience in a public vocational rehabilitation program, job placement, coaching, or counseling; or A bachelor’s degree in a related field with one year of related experience; or A master’s degree with six months of related experience; or An associate’s degree with two years of experience. Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean record. Able to work in the US; no visa sponsorship required now or in the future. Quest, Inc. is a drug‑free workplace and an equal opportunity employer.
