Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Carlsbad, CA, for an Escrow Assistant. The Escrow Assistant will support Escrow Officers in managing real estate transactions by preparing and reviewing documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, they will engage with clients and other parties involved in the transaction to provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

Experience in escrow processes, including preparing and reviewing documents and supporting closings.

Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Notary public certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy.

Proficiency in relevant software and familiarity with escrow and closing industry practices.

Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment and adapt to a fast‑paced setting.

Previous experience in real estate or related fields is an advantage.
