Job Title
Salary Grade: Service Rep I,II or Specialist Duties
Prepares closing docs for residential mortgages. Manage mortgage loan applications from receipt through closing, ensuring timely progression of each file by coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third party vendors to obtain required documentation and resolve outstanding conditions. Processes mortgage applications for purchase, construction and home equity purposes by completing preliminary disclosures, ordering flood certificates and property appraisals. Completes preliminary disclosures as required by federal regulations. Responsible for completing closing packages after loan is approved and closing date is determined; responsible for documentation and post-closing follow-up. Skills
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Moderate typing skills required, moderate to advanced computer skills knowledge of WORD and EXCEL required. Experience
A minimum of two (2) years' experience in related positions normally required. Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
