Personal Lines Account Manager
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines accounts, including home, auto, umbrella, renters, and high‑value homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Compensation Package
Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 (based on experience).

Responsibilities
Act as the primary relationship manager for personal lines accounts.
Handle the full renewal process, including quoting and policy updates.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, issuing ID cards, and processing policy changes.
Utilize agency management software (Hawksoft) to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work with a book of business totaling approximately $2.4 million in premium.
Qualifications / Requirements
Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Familiarity with insurance carriers and processes is required.
Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
