Remote Call Center Representative

We are seeking a remote call center representative to support 24/7 operations handling customer inquiries related to facilities, utilities, and service requests. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour DOE Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats professionally Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests Enter and manage work orders and dispatch requests Research issues and escalate priority concerns as needed Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors Follow up on open issues to ensure resolution Maintain accurate records and meet performance standards Minimum Requirements (Must-Have): 24 years of customer service or call center experience High school diploma or GED Ability to work any shift in a 24/7 environment (including nights/weekends) Dedicated home workspace with high-speed internet Strong communication and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual tools Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or CMMS tools Familiarity with utilities, facilities, or municipal services Experience working in a remote environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
