Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a financial services company in Santa Fe, New Mexico that is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to the team! This is a full-time onsite position $18-$20 per hour depending on experience. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides administrative support within a financial services environment with scheduling, documentation, customer account management and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments for financial professionals Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and internal documentation Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Order office supplies and coordinate facility or vendor needs as required Process client payments and track deposits Assist with client account opening and closing and transactions Support preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations Track deadlines related to compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements Ensure documentation meets internal policies and industry regulations Maintain confidentiality of financial data and personally identifiable information (PII) Serve as a point of contact between clients, advisors, and internal departments Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, CPAs, and internal stakeholders Assist with follow-ups and workflow tracking to ensure timely completion of tasks Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service or office support experience Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong written and verbal communication skills If you are interested apply now!
