Floating Property Manager (Manufactured Housing Community) Must have 3-5 years of experience in Multi‑Family Property Management.

In search for an experienced multifamily community manager for one of our Manufactured Housing communities.

We are a rapidly growing company with multiple advancement opportunities for the right individual.

The Property Manager will focus primarily on community management, resident retention/relations, and daily operations.

You will both sell and rent homes as well as lease lots for those who purchase outside of our company and want to be a part of our family.

The best candidate will be extremely personable, detailed, and task‑oriented; along with being committed to excellent customer service.

We are looking for a long‑term professional and experienced Property Manager.

Responsibilities

Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.

Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.

Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, completing repairs, planning renovations, and contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.

Secure property by maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.

Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value.

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits.

Qualifications & Skills

Team‑oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Problem‑solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Motivation for sales, meeting sales goals, negotiation, selling to customer needs, territory management, closing skills, prospecting skills, professionalism, internal communications, listening, and communication processes.

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to pass a drug test.

Possesses a positive attitude with the desire to learn and excel in both a team and an independent work environment.
