Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Data Entry Specialist to support the processing of high-volume survey and statistical data submissions. This role is essential to accurate, timely data operations supporting the production of critical national economic statistics. The Senior Specialist will lead data entry activities, mentor junior staff, ensure quality control, and maintain meticulous records across a variety of survey forms submitted on annual, quarterly, and benchmark cycles. Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and validation for large volumes of structured data. Process datasets, including surveys, forms, and operational records. Execute keypunching, scanning, and digitization workflows. Perform quality checks, identify discrepancies, and resolve data errors. Ensure timely completion of tasks while meeting productivity and accuracy targets. Maintain documentation and support reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with data handling and confidentiality standards Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional data entry experience. At least 3 years of experience handling high-volume structured datasets. Minimum 2 years of experience in data validation, quality control, and error resolution. At least 2 years of experience in document processing, scanning, and digitization workflows. Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and data entry systems. Work Authorization & Location
2. U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (Permanent Resident) required. 3. Must be eligible to obtain federal background clearance and facility access.
