We are looking for a proactive and organized
Part-Time Property Manager
to oversee daily operations at
Layton Preserve , a welcoming residential community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining a well-run property, and is seeking a consistent part-time schedule.
Position Details
Location: Layton Preserve
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 22–25 hours per week. Hours are needed Monday through Friday, primarily during first-shift hours. There is flexibility in how the hours are distributed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day property operations including leasing, resident relations, and vendor coordination
Ensure timely rent collection and accurate record-keeping
Oversee maintenance requests and property upkeep
Support marketing and community engagement efforts
Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations
Qualifications
Prior property management or leasing experience preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with property management software is a plus
