Hotel Renovation Assistant Superintendent

Has the ability to fully understand the overall project (just as much as the lead super). Experience in hotels and hospitality, but if none, then at least must have the competency to learn quickly. Covers for the lead super during his/her time off Speaks English (bi-lingual is a plus; not necessary). Has an understanding and can read plans and verify critical dimensions. Has fundamental knowledge of how to use a laptop and access company server info.Must be electronically literate to some degree to cover for the lead superintendent. Can also direct and manage all subcontractors during lead superintendent’s time off. Assists the lead super as needed. Understand how to call in all necessary City inspections. Minimum knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat to open, edit and print emails, documents sent by the PM and/or design team. Has the competency to use MS Excel to update guestroom progress matrices each day. Has the ability and competency to update job logs each day. Possesses the ability, and/or at least has the competency, to prepare and submit warehouse requests as required. Must be a self-starter and time Management is a must.
