Customer Service Representative (CSR)
— Be the first point of contact for customers and insurance partners, providing exceptional service and administrative support to the Repair Facility Team. Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using Daily Demand Capacity Planner, CCC One schedule, and proper scripting (CCC One is our repair management system). Obtain insurance authorization documentation and retrieve insurance assignments as needed to disassemble vehicles for repairs. Prepare RO (repair order) work packets including QC checklist, work order, parts list, and windshield tag indicators (R rental, NR no rental, G Gerber pay). Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using CCC One notes and appropriate communication types. Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage details. Manage ARMS (Automated Rental Management System) to ensure vehicles appearing in ARMS are reflected in CCC One. Education And/or Experience Required
High School Diploma or GED Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar administrative role Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar environment with customer service experience Required Skills/Abilities
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with multitasking under pressure Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy General office equipment knowledge, basic computer skills, and strong oral and written communication with a sales-driven focus on customer service Other Requirements
