Job Summary Your Home Improvement Company seeks an outgoing Field Marketer / Event Marketer to represent our brand at local events, fairs, festivals, and home shows. The role involves interacting with homeowners, promoting home improvement and remodeling services, and scheduling free consultations.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company at community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows.
Engage with homeowners and promote our home improvement services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule consultations.
Maintain a professional and energetic presence at promotional booths.
Assist with booth setup and teardown.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation.
Weekend availability.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable speaking with new people in public settings.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs for booth setup.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Event marketing.
Brand ambassador roles.
Customer service experience.
Retail or hospitality background.
Sales or lead generation experience.
Compensation & Benefits
