Our client is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Associate to join their growing US sales team in Orlando, FL. This is a high-visibility, full-time, in-office role ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, AI-driven SaaS environment.

You Will:
Craft targeted marketing messages via email, content marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
Identify and segment the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on product features, industry verticals, and response rates.
Research relevant contacts and gather their contact information using appropriate tools.
Perform outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone to the appropriate decision makers.
Deliver high-quality, tailored product demonstrations to prospects based on their industry, goals, needs, and priorities.
Drive opportunities to sales closure, including price negotiation, contract terms, and signing.
Track end-to-end response rates and manage the conversion funnel from outbound touch to close.
Maintain and update CRM and other sales technologies to keep the broader team aligned.
Continuously refine your sales and outreach process by adopting and implementing best practices.
You Have:
A strong drive to execute outbound email campaigns, cold calling, and lead generation programs.
Excellent research skills to identify and source relevant contacts for outreach.
The ability to confidently communicate with C-level executives and decision makers in the SMB segment.
Genuine customer empathy and a consultative approach to sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to multitask, act independently, and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
An openness to coaching and a demonstrated willingness to learn and improve.
Eligibility to work in the US for any employer, as sponsorship is not available.
Benefits:
Compensation: $50,000 to $65,000 base salary per year
