Job Description Your Responsibilities Searching for an energetic operational support professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats to manage our busy branch office! If you are a reliable, well‑organized person who can handle day‑to‑day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management, we want to talk to you!
The Marketing Coordinator/Operations Support position supports the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. This role works closely with the sales team and operations department to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and timely delivery of marketing initiatives and an excellent customer experience. This is an in‑office position (no remote or hybrid schedule).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted campaigns and personalized content strategies to drive customer engagement and experience, across digital review platforms, social media, email, and traditional channels
Coordinate content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and promotional materials
Oversee and update the company’s website and social media platforms
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights
Support event planning and coordination, including trade shows, webinars, and internal events
Collaborate with designers, vendors, and external partners to produce marketing assets
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Help manage marketing budgets and track expenses
Communicate with customers on their experience, ask questions, conduct surveys and work with operations to ensure positive outcome
Work and/or train current staff to ensure lead generation is captured properly
Any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role (internships may be considered)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media management tools, analytics software)
Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Must be willing to work as part of a team
Minimum of 18 years of age
If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required
Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Knowledge of CRM systems
Knowledge of the construction industry

Physical Requirements This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.
