
Graphic Designer

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Graphic Designer to join our New Product Development team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and passionate about design, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company. This role will work closely with Gator's Industrial Design, Product Management, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop retail packaging for new and existing products
Create product spec sheets and marketing collateral using product photography, illustrations, copy, and dimensions
Produce high-quality product renderings and visual assets
Create instruction sheets and user quick start guides — organizing assets, illustrations, photos, and copy
Collaborate with Industrial Design, Product Management, and Marketing teams
Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use
Support updates to existing product graphics
Assist with maintaining design asset library and template creation across Adobe apps
Qualifications & Education Requirements
1–2 years of graphic design experience (internships or freelance accepted)
Degree in Graphic Design or Marketing with a focus on packaging, digital content, and layout — or equivalent experience
Must be located in Florida (no relocation provided)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills & Competencies
Experience in packaging design or consumer products
Experience with product renderings; familiarity with KeyShot or similar rendering software
Interest in music, instruments, or the music industry
Passion for layout and visual communication techniques
Ability to follow packaging and design trendsCommitment to accuracy and consistency of design language across projects
Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical team members
Team player willing to take on a variety of responsibilities to support operations
