We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands‑on production, and cares about getting the details right.
What You’ll Do
Operate screen printing equipment for apparel Set up screens, mix inks, and manage print runs Assist with DTF transfer production as needed Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards Help prep jobs (burning screens, staging garments, cleanup) Work with the team to hit deadlines and keep production moving What We’re Looking For
Experience with screen printing (preferred, but we can train the right person) Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable, shows up on time, and follows through Comfortable working with your hands in a fast‑paced environment Team‑oriented, but able to own your work What Success Looks Like
Clean, consistent prints with minimal errors Jobs completed on time or ahead of schedule Equipment and workspace kept organized Teammates can count on you Why Join Access Imprinted
