Order Management Specialist I

As our Order Management Specialist I, you'll take ownership of processing purchase orders with speed and precision while delivering world-class service every step of the way. From resolving PO-related issues to ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, you'll play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly. You'll collaborate across teams, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and help identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and prevent future challengesmaking a direct impact on both customer satisfaction and operational success. Performs order entry according to standard operating procedures and Company same day shipping goal Responds to customers promptly via phone and email Documents conversations concisely yet with enough detail that others can understand what transpired upon review Effectively responds to and prioritizes multiple requests for service from customers and colleagues alike Collaborates with the Distribution Center, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc. as directed by the Leadership team Provides training and guidance to the Order Management Specialists Interacts and engages with Operations and Shipping departments to resolve shipment issues and ensure orders and products are shipping on time and accurately Proactively communicate issues back to management and follow order management processes Assist in developing workflow improvement, including process Appropriately escalates more complex and/or sensitive customer issues to the Leadership Team Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and training, a plus Minimum of two (2)
four (4) years order entry and customer service experience in a complex environment, while contributing in a growing capacity Additional Information
