Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Jacksonville, FL. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process by guiding prospective residents, securing lease agreements, and ensuring a seamless move‑in experience. This role also involves maintaining resident satisfaction through ongoing communication, quick response to inquiries, and fostering a positive community environment. Additional responsibilities include lease administration, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to resident retention efforts through excellent customer service. The perfect person for this role is someone who can offer stellar customer service both inside the office and outside on property for both residents and prospects, selling the property with strong sales techniques, and who is organized, motivated, and self‑driven.
Qualifications
Experience and high results with Sales
Strong Resident Retention and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail‑oriented with organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with property management software and general computer applications is a plus
Experience in property management or leasing is preferred
