Responsibilities:
Start-finish of new and repair tooling Fabrication of tooling is produced on time and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Preventative maintenance of molds Repairs and modifications of existing tooling Coordinate jobs with CNC and EDM departments Flexibility with hours as overtime may occur on a regular basis Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in mold making Operational knowledge of tool room equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, etc. Strong organization skills Extremely detailed-oriented with high degree of accuracy of.0002 tolerance Self-starter with ability to work independently Strong math skills Excellent attendance and punctuality mandatory Physical Requirements:
Good mobility, energy level and ability to routinely lift 50 pounds Requires good visual and audio acuity Must be willing and able to operate a forklift - we will train This is a non-relocation position We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
