What You’ll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

Communicate findings and all available options clearly and honestly to homeowners

Follow company processes designed to protect customers and technicians

Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and a professional appearance at all times

Operate company vehicles, equipment, and provided resources responsibly and safely

Consistently meet performance expectations tied to quality, efficiency, and customer experience

Performance Expectations This is a results‑driven role. Technicians are expected to meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which may include (but are not limited to):

Attendance and punctuality

Job completion quality

Customer experience standards

Efficiency and productivity benchmarks

Communication and documentation accuracy

KPIs are clearly communicated, reviewed regularly, and designed to support your success.

Compensation & Growth

Competitive hourly base pay, based on experience

Performance‑based commissions on service and repair work, plus additional incentives for IAQ solutions, memberships, customer reviews, and installations

Consistent workload with strong dispatch and leadership support

After 90 days of working successfully together, we revisit alignment, performance, and next‑step growth, including long‑term opportunities and benefits

Professional & Compliance Standards

Clean, professional appearance required while representing the company

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

No criminal record that would prevent entering customers’ homes

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Commitment to safety, honesty, and ethical service practices

Required

Prior residential HVAC service experience

EPA certification (or willingness to obtain prior to hire)

Preferred

Strong customer‑facing communication skills

NATE certification a plus

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
