Customer Service Representative
Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm The Customer Service Rep for National Accounts ensures customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions and suggesting information about other products. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, tracks customer orders, and works to resolve any delivery issues. Qualifications include 1-3 years of effective customer support experience, strong phone skills, dynamic active listening skills, impassioned customer satisfaction focus, solid ability to effectively adapt and respond to different types of situations, and proven ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. Duties include building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, meeting call handling and order entry quotas, handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, keeping records and tracking the pricing for customers, reviewing Deduction Lists, Credit Report, and Pricing Over-Ride Report, communicating with Warehouse Managers on late, large and/or add on of orders, working closely with other Customer Service Reps to encourage a teamwork environment, expediting reports (back orders/open orders), and tracking status of products and stock requests with Purchasing team. Preferred qualifications include customer support experience in a wholesale redistribution environment and familiarity with Eclipse (AS400)/Solar (Window based) system.
