ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC, is seeking Auction Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Gettysburg, PA in support of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This is a full-time, temporary position, starting in May 2026, completing in approximately Mid-July 2026. Work Location: Gettysburg, PA Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Call/contact center experience is a plus. Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with the public. Strong verbal skills with a friendly and confident, phone presence are a must. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Experience with Cisco Jabber and Cisco Finesse a plus. Proficient in Data Entry and typing skills Ability to multi-task and stay organized during high volume call periods Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a government sponsored background investigation Responsibilities:
Provide general guidance to the public and potential bidders through phone calls, faxes, emails, seminars, and other outreach efforts regarding the auction program. Prepare and coordinate mass mailings and items for shipping to potential bidders, and other outreach efforts. Participate in internal testing of auction bidding software and system functionality for auction events and notify FCC Staff of any problems identified. Maintain call logs and provide reports for seminar attendance, incoming calls, call backs, transfers, and emails responses Update the Auction Inquiry Database with contact information for potential bidders and the type of spectrum/auctions for which they would like to receive in the future Document call details and update internal systems in real time Provide clear explanations of auction rules, bidding procedures, and item information Maintain confidentiality of bidder information and follow all compliance guidelines Deliver exceptional customer service, always maintaining a professional tone We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
