Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bank Teller position based in Lexington, VA. The Bank Teller will be responsible for performing daily banking transactions including accepting deposits, processing withdrawals, and handling cash with accuracy. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving account-related issues promptly. The Bank Teller will also uphold the bank’s policies and compliance standards while assisting in general teller operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Teller Operations and experience in handling Deposits
Strong Cash Handling skills with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
Exceptional Communication abilities to address customer inquiries and explain banking processes
Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive banking experience
Familiarity with banking procedures and adherence to compliance standards
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in banking or finance is a plus
Ability to work at the Lexington, VA location during regular banking hours
