Cabinet Builder

Job Purpose
This position will be responsible for producing assembled cabinets from component material to acceptable quality standards. The dedicated hard working individual will be expected to work within a team and produce cabinets both with a team member and independently. The Builder must maintain minimum daily production standards and will be evaluated by supervisory team members to ensure that quality and production standards are achieved.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assemble cabinets to meet quality and production standards.
Work as a member of a team and perform duties at various workstations throughout the production process.
Build specialty cabinets and install accessory items to maintain quality and production standards.
Assist department leadership with multiple tasks, including continuous improvement initiatives, inventory and product reclamation.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to follow all safety rules.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., frequently up to 75 lbs., and occasionally up to 120 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to understand instructions and follow procedures.
Good work ethic; professional attitude required.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work in various roles in a dynamic work environment and take on new tasks.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience required.
Highly organized, self-motivated, reliable attendance.
Team player with positive and cooperative attitude.
Shows courtesy to co-workers, customers, and all others with whom contact occurs.
