This Sales Consultant in Training position supports, services, and maintains accounts in the Fargo and surrounding area. The role involves stocking shelves, coolers, and building displays, following up after deliveries, servicing accounts, achieving sales objectives, managing territory, selling current and new products, promotions, in‑store tastings, and servicing accounts. It is designed to train new personnel who will eventually manage a sales territory.

Job Responsibilities
Travels around assigned territory to service accounts
Checks quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in‑stock status, and services the accounts
Fills shelves from displays and back stock to ensure out‑of‑stock items are minimized
Develops and maintains relationships with customers
Communicates with Sales Representatives regarding changes in buyer preferences, out‑of‑stock inventory, shelf space issues, and other concerns encountered during business hours
Builds and develops trust and strong working relationships with retailers by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values and maintaining excellent customer service and a "can‑do" attitude
Performs other work‑related tasks and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Work experience in the liquor industry (bartender, wait staff, liquor store, etc.) is a plus
Goal and results oriented
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize work
Competitive, self‑motivated, and customer service oriented
Professional written and oral communication skills a must
Reliable transportation with valid insurance
Good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50‑pound cases, sometimes repeatedly
Local candidates preferred (no relocation package)
