Customer Service / Loan Funding Representative (Bilingual - Spanish)

Job Summary

The Customer Service / Loan Funding Representative supports finance and lending operations by funding approved loans and managing customer communications related to accounts and payments. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Prior experience in a lending or financial services environment is preferred, along with familiarity with loan servicing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently fund approved customer loans in accordance with established procedures

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to loan accounts, payments, and general inquiries

Provide clear, professional customer service in both English and Spanish

Update, maintain, and review customer account records within the loan servicing system

Assist with payment follow-ups, account status inquiries, and basic issue resolution

Ensure all customer interactions and records are handled with strict confidentiality

Comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data security standards

Requirements

Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)

Prior experience in customer service, finance, or a lending environment

Familiarity with loan servicing or account management systems (MegaSys or similar preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a structured, on-site office environment

Standard business hours, typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
