Entry Level Event Marketing Associate
to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and excited to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development.
What You’ll Do
Assist with the setup and execution of live event marketing campaigns and retail activations
Engage with customers face-to-face to promote products, services, and current offers
Represent client brands in a professional, high-energy environment
Build relationships with customers and deliver a positive brand experience
Work alongside experienced team members to develop communication and marketing skills
Support event logistics including displays, materials, and booth setup
Participate in daily training sessions focused on marketing strategy and leadership development
Track campaign performance, customer interactions, and daily goals
Take on increased responsibility and leadership opportunities as you grow
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High energy and confidence in face-to-face interactions
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Background in customer service, retail, events, hospitality, or sales is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
