Solution Center Agent Responsibilities

Listen attentively and actively to callers.

Record and organize all information provided by customers using computer software.

Ensure customer satisfaction with follow-up calls.

Handle multiple projects at once.

Follow instructions with limited supervision.

Work quickly and accurately.

Position Requirements

40 hours per week and overtime during snow season.

Flexibility with scheduling during snow season, including early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Receptive to feedback.

Positive attitude and friendly voice.

Effectively communicate professionally via telephone and email.

Proficient computer and typing skills.

Dependable during busy snow season.

Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.

Full‑time, Massachusetts.
