Our customer in Rock Falls, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. Were recruiting Bank Tellers to work part-time or full-time on 1st shift. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing financial transactions and supporting daily branch operations. Responsibilities of the Bank Teller:
Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine banking transactions. Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily and resolve any discrepancies. Answer customer questions and resolve account issues in a professional and timely manner. Inform customers about bank products and services. Track, record, and store transactions and customer information accurately. Package cash and roll coins for storage in drawers or the bank vault. Maintain confidentiality and follow all banking policies and procedures. Bank Teller Requirements and Qualifications:
Cash handling experience required. Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills required. Bilingual skills a plus. Ability to work 3640 hours per week if full-time. Must be available MondayFriday between 7:00am5:00pm and most Saturdays from 7:00am12:00pm. Pay for Bank Teller: $16.00/hour. Bank Teller Benefits:
Full medical and dental insurance for full-time employees. 401k with company match after 9 months. Five (5) sick/personal days after probation. Two (2) weeks of vacation after one year of service. Type: 1st Shift, Part-time or Full-time. Schedule: Varied schedule MondayFriday between 7:00am5:00pm with most Saturdays from 7:00am12:00pm. Minimum of 25+ hours per week.
