Utah First Credit Union
is seeking to add a
full-time Personal Banker
to the team at our
Washington, UT
branch. This role provides exceptional service and helps improve customers\' financial lives by cross-selling products and services and by producing loans. The schedule falls within our branch hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Responsibilities
Generate consumer loans that benefit customers\' lives and build lasting relationships with customers through superb service.
Open new accounts, take loan applications, and disburse loan applications for customers.
Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet customer needs and improve financial well-being.
Strive to meet and exceed individual and branch loan production goals each month.
Complete transactions for a variety of requests (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, money orders, cash advances) and interact with customers in person or by phone.
Provide exceptional customer experiences and participate in individual and credit union training.
Contribute to a fast-paced, upbeat work environment and help customers achieve their financial goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older.
Customer service and financial services experience; experience in consumer lending; cash handling experience.

$20 / hour , depending on experience, plus a generous incentive pay structure.
