Schedule: MondayThursday, 1:307:30 PM (ideal) Some flexibility available for the right candidate Pay: $14$16/hour based on availability and math skills What You'll Do: Support the Center Director with daily operations Help greet families and create a welcoming environment Track student progress and keep things organized Assist with enrollment conversations (no hard selling) Jump in to help students with math (up through Algebra) What We're Looking For: Reliable and consistent (this is a must) Enjoys working with kids (grades 212) Detail-oriented and organized Strong communicator with a positive attitude Comfortable with math up to Algebra (training provided) Why This Job is Different: Consistent, predictable hours (great for college students or second jobs) Fun, supportive team environment Build leadership, education, and customer service experience Make a real impact on kids' confidence and success As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency as well as pass a background check. Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
