Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.
Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
Operate motorized cleaning equipment
Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
Maintain clean work area
Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
Take direction and respond to supervision
Talk with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
Fill in during staff shortage
Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items
Use proper personal protective equipment
Present a professional appearance and conduct
Understand customer service and satisfaction
Understand reporting systems and the environment
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
May need a valid driver’s license; completed all safety and task‑training certifications. Forklift certification may be required.
Bilingual a plus.
Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and willingness to share with team.
Knowledge of upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.
Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals and their safe, efficient use.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Requires frequent sitting and talking or listening; ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Work environment includes frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and motorized equipment.
Compensation & Shift Monday‑Friday, 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM. Pay range: $20 – $21 per hour.
