to make calls, set appointments, and get prospects to show up.
The position is not a passive front desk or sit‑there-and‑wait role; it is a phone‑heavy, results‑driven role for someone who can move with urgency, stay organized, and keep the calendar full.

What This Job Actually Is This role is responsible for working leads fast, making outbound calls, setting intro appointments, confirming those appointments, and following up relentlessly to improve show rate. Most of your time will be spent on the phone and in the CRM contacting new leads, old leads, missed opportunities, and no‑shows to keep the sales calendar full. The role is highly active, highly accountable, and requires confidence on the phone, urgency, and the ability to get people to commit. Success is measured by speed to lead, appointments booked, show rate, and consistent follow‑up execution.
What you’ll do
Call new leads quickly
Follow up with leads by phone, text, and DM
Set intro sessions and orientation appointments
Confirm appointments and reduce no‑shows
Work old leads, missed leads, and no‑shows
Keep lead notes, appointment info, and follow-up updated in the CRM
Help keep the sales calendar full every week

Schedule
Part‑time
20–30 hours per week
Schedule will be built around lead follow‑up and appointment‑setting needs
Compensation
$16 per hour
Performance‑based bonus opportunity
Preferred Experience
Phone sales

Lead nurture / CRM follow‑up
Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
