Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative / Travel Agent to join our team remotely. This role focuses on helping clients plan unforgettable travel experiences while providing excellent customer service from the first inquiry through the completion of their trip.
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning and booking vacations including cruises, resorts, flights, hotels, and vacation packages
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and messaging platforms
Provide travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget
Research destinations, travel options, and promotions
Process bookings, payments, and travel documentation
Maintain accurate client records and booking information
Handle travel changes, cancellations, and customer concerns professionally
Promote travel deals, special offers, and new destinations
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers, email, and online booking platforms
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
Passion for travel and helping others plan experiences
Previous travel industry experience preferred but not required
Sales or hospitality experience is a plus
Strong customer service skills
