Performance Team manages end‑to‑end warehousing and distribution logistics, ensuring efficient receiving, storing, processing, and dispatching of cargo.

Job Responsibilities

Customer experience activities once customers are onboarded, including customer channel management, case management, onboarding, relationship management, contract and dispute management, and related tasks.

Support peers with technical or process‑related challenges during process execution.

Participate in administrative tasks that support operations, ranging from entry‑level to experienced contributors, applying technical expertise and independent judgment within defined guidelines.

Administrative Support Role Overview Administrative staff support others by performing skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks. This includes supervised entry‑level work and experienced individual contributors who execute specialized work to support the overall operations.

Pay Range $19.00 – $21.00 per hour. The company may adjust this range based on market conditions and location.
