General Job Description This position is responsible for the sale of truck parts and accessories by researching customer requirements, controlling parts inventory, processing invoices and payment, and managing return cores and warranty parts. The duties listed below are illustrative and may include related or similar tasks.

Responsibilities

Respond to sales calls and customer counter visits thoroughly and professionally.

Utilize computer business systems and electronic catalogues to research parts information.

Provide customer pricing and availability (in-stock or emergency order).

Process parts invoices and obtain payment.

Process returned items by inspecting items, returning payment, issuing credit, re‑shelving items, and returning items to suppliers.

Maintain an attractive parts retail display area.

Enhance job knowledge by continually participating in online training modules and supplier training on new product features, advantages, and benefits.

Manage customer requests for parts warranty and administer according to supplier procedures.

Contact customers (telemarketing) regarding parts promotional opportunities.

Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.

Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years of age.
