As a Social Media Videographer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and editing videos that captivate our audience and promote our brand. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts, shoot, and edit content for various social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, email marketing and website. This is a part time position averaging approximately 10 to 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content ideas.
Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.
Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Edit and optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Stay up to date on social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas and strategies into video content.
Organize and manage video files and assets for easy team access..
Review content performance and provide insights on ways to improve future content.
Capture video content in-office or on-sites at projects, events, or other brand-relevant moments as needed.
Coordinate with various teams and leadership on content needs, timing, and priorities.
Incorporate feedback and revisions to ensure content meets creative and brand expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field preferred; candidates pursuing a relevant degree are also encouraged to apply.
Proven experience creating video content for social media, marketing, or brand-related use.
Strong portfolio showcasing video production and editing skills.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Understanding of social media platforms and how video content performs across them.
Strong time management and organization skills.
