General Responsibilities
Entry of customer orders Efficiently assist customers with inquiries via phone, online chat, or email Processing freight bills from various carriers Investigate customer freight issues Work with logistics companies to ensure on time deliveries Communicate customer concerns to management Assist sales staff with various inquiries Other duties as assigned by manager What We are Looking For
