Creative Content Intern (Graphics & Social Media)

Description The Creative Content Intern supports the creation and execution of visual content across Hollman. This role is focused on bringing the brand to life through design, content, and storytelling across digital and physical platforms.

This is a hands-on, fast‑paced role for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and excited to produce real work that will be seen and used across the business. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content that supports campaigns, social media, and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Create and design digital and print marketing materials, including social graphics, presentations, and collateral

Assist in executing social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)

Support short‑form content creation, including light video editing and reels

Retouch, edit, and prep images for marketing use

Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals

Assist with photography and videography, including on‑site support as needed

Organize and manage creative assets and files

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, InDesign; Premiere or After Effects is a plus)

Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends

Basic understanding of layout, typography, and branding principles

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
